There are several aspects to consider before embarking on any construction project. CRPI breaks this process down into the following categories to ensure success every step of the way. Pre Construction and Pre tender Planning
From appointment of necessary professionals to dealing with local authorities, zoning details, sub divisions and environmental impact assessments. We establish a working budget and suggested time from for you project and ensure that all drawings and infrastructure details are submitted on time.
Tendering and Tender Evaluations
We issue approved drawings and tender documents to contractors as well as evaluate and determine the correct contractor for the project. We provide detailed analysis of financial budgets and cash flow projections before awarding formal contracts and written appointments.
Construction and Build Management
We manage all contractors and involved professionals throughout the duration of the project, ensuring that the communication flow between professionals and the client remains clear. All materials and work is constantly quality controlled and regular progress reports are submitted to our clients.
Materials Sourcing & Export to Location
We manufacture and source quality pre-built matererials for our remote projects. Due to the challenging locations our clients build in, each and every screw, nail and fitting needs to be exported to location, as well as pre-built materials ready to construct.
Practical Completion and Occupation
We bring the building to practical completion and ready for occupation on the agreed completion date. In consultation with the architect and client a list of rectification items is drawn up and completed before the completion certificate is issued.
Follow up and Final Completion of Contracts
We ensure all items on the completion list are rectified. Once the required electrical compliance certificate is issued, we obtain the occupation certificate from the municipality. We ensure that all final accounts are settled and completed before closing the contract.
